I have a Latitude LS running Win98Se and all was good until yesterday, it won't power on unless the ac adapter is plugged in, the battery indicators underneath the battery all come on when you press the test button. No flashing lights either. It says the batter is 100% charged, but nothing without the ac adapter. Please help me.
