Have a Dell GX260 PC rinning Windows XP Professional with a Dell PS/2 style connector Keyboard.

Intermittently the Ctrl Keys stop working (e.g. Ctrl-X, Crtl-C, Ctrl-V, Ctrl-E etc) This happens in all Applications. e.g. Lotus Notes 5, Oracle, Notepad etc. Internet Explorer is OK though.

I dont know if this is a related sympton but sometimes when pasting a Screen Dump into a Note's Mail message instead of seeing the graphic I get a long number displayed instead.
