The drives are convenient to use and easy to transport.

Are these drives good for transfering all kinds of data , i would like to transfer data from my 8100 to my 2400 also with my 8200 ,can they be deleted or reformated?

Jump drives (if I'm not mistaken) are the same as USB "key chain" drives that can be plugged into your machine's USB ports for temporary and transportable storage.

Really a cool idea that has been out, oh, for a year or more?  I've seen them on the web in capacities up to 1gb.  Shouldn't be that much different from a flash memory card or memory stick on a digital camera.

I've been using memory keys [Jump Drives] for almost a year, for backups, transfering data, moving files, technical information, pictures, etc,etc. and found them to be an easy, quick and a very efficient method.  They will show up in 'My Computer" and are assigned a drive letter, in my case "G" and like hard drives, can be formated, deleted.   The memory keys have been one of my better purchases, but you should try to buy them, when they on special.

Yep. Windows sees them as just another storage disk in "my computer".
