You will need to replace the VB40032.DLL in your Windows directory. To do this:
Rename the existing "corrupt" file on your computer from VB40032.DLL to VB40032.OLD, using File Manager or Explorer.

Go to Windows Explorer and find the file and rename the file from the directions from the last post and windows will delete the file for you and will create a new file in its place.You will need to reboot after this is done.This actually tricks windows in creating a new file for you .
