Hi, I brought a Alienware 18 Gaming Laptop last November and it was working great. I recently found out that it's not charging to it's full capacity. I researched and found that it could either be my charger or the actual battery. I checked the charger for any breaks and there weren't any. I also checked to see if my settings limited the charge on my battery, they didn't. I don't really know what to do now, I might just buy a new battery. Are there any other tests that I can do to see if there is something wrong with the battery?
