Bluetooth disappeared after windows 10
i have dell inspirion 11 3147, after updating to windows 10 new version my bluetooth device is missing there is no sign of life of bluetooth in my lapi ,,i have tried different setups of windows even downgraded to 8.1 but all in vain is there any hardware issue or software issue , wifi is working well

When was the bluetooth last working?
was there any recent updates done on the system?

thank you very much for your reply.
In device manger bluetooth is not presesnt and also in settings it is not present and drivers you have suggested gives error that activate bluetooth using wireless switch
