This happens when Windows thinks there might be an error on your hard drive. When it completes the Chdsk does it say you have any Bad Sectors?

No, it never displays another message. After it gets done with the chkdsk it boots up and runs fine. I am concernered about because I think it's the hard drive too and I worried it may go out.

Thanks

If chkdsk displays "0kB in bad sectors" when it's finished, your hard drive is fine. Try running a system diagnostic at startup (F12). It'll tell you if you have a hardware fault.

No problem at all.

If it does return an error contact Dell with the error code.
