I just purchased a dell inspiron 6000 it was upgraded to 7 ultimate at some point prior to my purchase.  Everything seems to work fine, except there are no scroll arrows on any web pages. The ones on the right side of page. So i have to left click and hold on the scroll bar to scroll the page. Has anybody ever heard of such a thing? Where are the top and bottom arrows? Is there a way to fix this? Never seen this on any pc or any os, i'm baffled.
