monitor issue

My nephew hit my laptop Inspiron 6000 with a pillow and now the images are sideways on the screen.  Can someone tell me how to fix this?

    That's quite easy to correct.  Press the Ctrl + Alt + Up arrow keys simultaneously.  Experiment with the arrow keys for those boring days at the office.  :smileywink:
