No drivers?

Are you kidding me with the lack of S-ATA drivers on site for download for the Dell XPS 17? Why wouldn't they be available for download?

Seriously. BTW, just for that little oversight on your part (or blatant attempt at squeezing money out of me for recovery discs) I will never buy one of your ever again. Between you and HP, I can`t tell who is the bigger group.

You`ve lost a customers. Little slip ups like this cost me a copy of Windows 8 and an SSD. Go. Profane word removed as per TOU> Yourselves.

You should never send the service tag to anyone who is not a Dell employee.

If you truly want help, then list your actual model of XPS 17, the OS you are working with, what you are trying to do, and what you have tried that didn't work.  Leave the profanity and attitude at the door, and we can help you.
