it takes a lot of time for my Studio with Windows Vista to get started. Sometimes he doesn't start at all. Then I have to go trough the procedure of looking for the the startproblem (that never has been found).

This is logging into windows or before that? You could try using msconfig and reducing the number of programs that start as windows logs on.
If you have the Windows Vista disc, you could try using that to make a clean install or you could restore to the factory settings also.
