2007FP died

My 2007FP died on me today (just had it for 2 and 1/2 months). Do I contact Technical Support or Sales Support for the exchange?
Thanks.

Tech support, and have your order number, and or customer number handy.  Let us know if you have issues with this exchange.

Phoned tech support this morning and they said they'll send a replacement out today and I should receive it by tommorrow.
We'll see how this plays out.
I hope I don't get the PVA panel. The one that died was the S-IPS.

So far, so good.  Lets hope you do, and not have the panel shuffle.

Finally got the replacement today (Not Dell's fault, they had it shipped out that day as they had said they would). It's the exact panel that died on me (S-IPS LM201U05)so I'm extremely happy. I'm pretty impressed by Dell's support after hearing the horror stories. Tech support was very helpful in setting up the exchange and in finding the tracking # to find out where Purolator had the shipment.
