2407WFP SD Card Reader Problem
I have a 2407WFP that will not read a Transcend 4GB SD card. I have an older dell 24" LCD at work, and it reads the cards just fine. I have used the same laptop connected to each monitor to test.
Does anyone know a solution to this?
Does anyone know if the firmware is updatable on this monitor?

I'm not sure of the model number of the other monitor. This the 24" that was repalced by the 2407WFP. I can find the model # if necessary.
The card is not a SDHC, just SD. I can also read the card in the SD card reader in my Inspiron 9400.

SmartMedia: 8MB - 128MB
Media Stick: 8MB - 128MB
MMC: 32MB - 128MB
SD (Secure Digital): 16MB - 512MB
SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity): None
Other cards might work but Dell cannot support them.

Any chance that Dell will write an update to the firmware/drivers that will enable SDHC on these montiors?

What other Dell model monitor works with the sd card? Is that a high capacity sd card?
