I have a dell m992 Color monitor that I use on a 2 monitor system along with a small flat panel. The other day the 992 did a bizarre kind of "flash" or pop, and the image shrank and slowly came back to normal over a period of about 5 seconds. Now, it appears to be just plain old dead.

Shall I just buy a new one or does anyone have Any advice
