P2715Q Windows 10 Problem

I just purchased a Dell 27" P2715Q.  I have it in dual monitor extended set-up with an Asus 23" 1080P monitor in Windows 10.  Every time I put a window on my Asus screen fulls, and monitors go to sleep, the windows will disappear when it awakens.  Is there anyway to fix that so that the windows stays in the same place when it awakes?

    Then swap them.
    Primary Asus
    Secondary Extended P2715Q

Leave some windows open on the Secondary Extended P2715Q. Allow the sleep, wake it up. Where are the open windows?

I've made my primary the Asus monitor and left some windows open on the extended P2715Q.  When it wakes up, they have moved over to the Asus monitor.  Is there a way to fix this, it's annoying.

    Thanks

You should ask the users on the Windows 10 Forum if this is a Windows 10 setting or possible a video card setting.
