Hello,
My U2414H has a display issue when producing dark colors.
The edges get illuminated more than the rest of the screen.
Below is a photo displaying black
Is this normal?

* Was this monitor purchased directly from Dell? When?
* What is the 20 digit serial number?
* Open the monitor User's Guide
* Perform the Factory Reset, page 43
* Run the monitor BID (Built-in Diagnostics) page 56. Post pictures of the BID screens
