Greetings. Sorry for bad English. I'm from Ukraine.
I want to buy a monitor U2419H. But I have a few questions that I could not find the answers: 1) How to know what type of matrix is used in monitor? IPS are different, manufacturer? 2) Matrix, in model U2419H used the same, as in model U2419HC? 3) If a new monitor, in which box is it delivered? Black with polygraphy? Or brown monochrome? 4) What is the latest revision of the model A0x? On the current date 01/05/2019 5) Random shutdown monitor is fixed? If I get the old revision, can I fixed this problem - setup some firmware from the Dell website? 6) I can not understand the function Pivot. Does it automatically rotate image on the monitor, in accordance with the portrait/landscape positioning of the monitor? Like on phone or tablet? 7) Custom settings are saved if the monitor has been powered off?
Why cost decreased so much? When he was presented, it seemed to cost about $350, now about $260. Now installed cheaper matrix? Or?

How will be used: 1) Laptop - connects with HDMI. 2) Dell Tablet Latitude 5175 . Installed to Dell Latitude Docking Station. Reg Type No: K06M001. DP\N 0JD0VV. -- Connected DisplayPort from Docking Station.
These two devices will be physically connected by cables - at the same time, always. Could this be a problems? I do not need to constantly physically disconnect the cable from the monitor? Can I select the input signal from the menu without switching the cable from the laptop and the docking station?
If I were you I would choose another model. I bought this monitor and the first one had a dead pixel. I called the pro support team and they sent me a replacement monitor. The replacement monitor had the color temperature changing problem.
It was replaced again and I got a monitor with the same problem. Then I got a new one again. On this one, if anything is moving on the screen horizontally small flickering waves appear on the moving parts.
I think these monitors are coming with bad firmware. The dell support team does a really good job and they will help you with any problem. But even they cannot solve the problem if the monitor has firmware problems. Now I am still waiting, after getting 4 monitors, to get the problem solved.
