"Backup window"

Hi Guys,

I have a client which needs to backup between 18:00 and 22:00, if there are no resources available I want the backup to be aborted and run the following evening.

Is there a way to do this? using savepnpc perhaps?

I am on Win2k Platform NetWorker 7.2.1

    Their is a repeat interval in hours but that would work even if the backups were successful. NW would not rerun a groiup because of lack of resources at the scheduled time.

    The timeout setting in savepnpc will abort the group even it's still running.

    "Inactivity timeout" in the Group options should do what you want.

    What do you meant by "no reesources available"?
