    Hi,

    Make sure that you have the same auth method on the client side.  If that's ok, try deleting the peer information and trying again.  Instructions here:

    Hi,

    First things to check are:

    - Can you create a client without using the wizard?

    - Are you using nsrauth authentication - this is needed for the wizard to work:

    C:\>nsradmin -p nsrexec

    NetWorker administration program.

    Use the "help" command for help.

    nsradmin> . type: nsrla

    Current query set

    nsradmin> show auth methods

    nsradmin> print

    auth methods: "0.0.0.0/0,nsrauth/oldauth";  - nsrauth needs to be here

    nsradmin> show auth methods

    nsradmin> print

    auth methods: "0.0.0.0/0,nsrauth/oldauth";

    Depends what your problem is.  Normally, deleting the entry only for client in question on backup server is enough.
