Either out of sync library or SAN issue (two most common).

Whether it is a Library problem or Networker problem???, and how to cross check or confirm the same. ??

By checking logs and what is the real state of library and the one NW thinks it is (compare those two, focus on drive/volume in question). It might be also that order of devices have changes... you need to verify current status and configuration to be correct.

wether you are aware that anyone else is also facing same problem or having same setup.

    I have networker server 7.3.1
with two tandberg libraries and one drive in each, one library is dedicated for NDMP backup & other for NON-NDMP Backup. NON-NDMP backup library is shared between 11 Storage nodes.

Are you able to take index backup of NDMP clients properly?
