Networker 8.1.1.4 with SharePoint : Granular recovery question

Hi,

My company is currently using Networker 8.1.1.4 with SharePoint 2013.

I wonder which are the granular recovery options, without using third-party software like Ontrack.

I found in this document (https://www.emc.com/collateral/software/white-papers/h4602-sharepoint-backup-wp.pdf) that there was an option to recover data at the list level, but does this option still exists?

This documentation refers to SharePoint 2007, so does it work with SharePoint 2013, too?
