SAVE GROUP PROBLEM

Hello Every body

We are facing some issue onbackup sever .

In Savegroup we have 20 clients and some time  single or multiple  clients failed but  when we restart the the group its initiate the backup for all clients with failed client. Please any one can suggest wats this bug?

Kindly Waiting for your  suggesstion and solution..

    In Our Environment Restart window is 18:00 .

    Hi,

       Are you restarting the group within the time specified on the Restart Window option on the Group. By default this value is 12. That means if you restart the group within the 12 hours it will start only the failed clients. Else it will start the entire group.

    And we are restarting the group with in restart window time.
