That LED is a health status indicator. It's only saying that the system is detecting SOMETHING, thought what it is could be a wide range of issues. Are you able to log into the switch? The software should help identify the specific problem.

EDIT: I realize I forgot to answer your question about the reset button. You can use it and it will cause the switch to come up with the configuration last saved, which may be different from the running config, sometimes.

N2200-ON Series Reset Button

The reset button is accessed through the pinhole and enables performing a
hard reset on the switch. To reset the switch, insert an unbent paper clip or
similar tool into the pinhole for four seconds. When the switch completes the
boot process after the reset, it resumes operation with the most recently saved
configuration. Any changes made to the running configuration that were not
saved to the startup configuration prior to the reset are lost

usually, these switches have the service tag in the pull tab at the back

I did find the pull out tag in the back with the service tag on it.  Thanks for the reminder.  Completely forgot about that.
