Dell X1018.. NOT the 1018P.

i updated to the latest firmeware, and did a factory reset.. 

i cannot set a dhcp relay.. the CLI says its an invalid command the GUI doesnt show DHCP relay as a setting, only DHCP snooping.

anyone see this before? i've never had a managed switch NOT allow me to setup a relay.. my other x1018P does allow this.

i even attempted to dowload the 1018P's config and upload it to the 1018 (non P) and it said that was not a correct command when it reached that line. HELP?
