Purchased a new laptop over the summer that runs Windows 10. Tried watching Hulu/Netflix for the first time last night. I'm getting an error for both services regarding my proxy settings. I've googled for a solution, but most discussions are about using these services from outside the US. I live in South Carolina.

I've done the following steps to turn off the proxy setting, but the error still persists:

Click on Start, select Settings and navigate to Network & Internet > Proxy.

1. Toggle the option Automatically detect settings to ON.

2. Toggle the option Use a proxy server to OFF.

Any suggestions to resolve this problem?
