Cannot print to wireless network computer printer

Question

Just purchased a new Dell laptop and I am trying to print from my network computer. When I go to print, the printer on the network shows up but then it says there is an 'error in printing'....How do i know if the printer is set up properly........   It doesn't seem like my wireless laptop is communicating wiht the network printer....Do I have to download anything like the printer drivers?   Thanks EPLAXMAN

EPLAXMAN,

First, I recommend that you setup your wireless router with these Recommended Wireless Router Settings.

Second, if it's a Dell printer and you're using Vista, you may have to run the patch first. Make and model of printer would be helpful.
