Setting up the networking isn't your problem, nor is there a problem setting up networks between different operating systems.  The error you are getting is due to Kazaa or some other file sharing program you have installed on your system.  These programs bring with them lots of spyware, scumware, and other parasites that eventually conflict with the normal operation of your computer.  My advice is to uninstall the file sharing programs, then go to the Virus Information and Removal forum and read the FAQ at the top of the forum on how to get rid of the spyware and other parasites.

I just uninstalled Kazaa.  That's it??  All this time I thought it was something else.

Now you need to get rid of all the other garbage that Kazaa brought with it.  Uninstalling Kazaa will not get rid of the spyware, so follow through with my advice on the spyware removal.
