Hello!

I'm using Dell Inspiron 5558, and all of a sudden my PC could not connect to Internet, it doesn't show any wireless devices near me. "Not Connected - No Connections Are Available".

I have tried troubleshooting and the result is "A network cable is not properly plugged or might be broken".

I even tried installing the drivers but in vain.

I haven't made any changes to my computer.

There are no devices connected and it doesn't show any available networks.

I couldn't enable Wi-Fi (Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160

I have also tried installing VMware net1 and VMware net8 but no positive results.

When I tried to diagnose my WiFi network, I found the following issues

There might be a problem with the driver for WiFi adapter    (Not fixed)

      Set up the wireless network adapter   (failed)

      Wireless network adapter is facing problems  (failed)

Windows couldn't bind IP protocol stack to the network adapter.

WLAN AutoConfig - automatic but I could not find NDIS Usermode I/O Protocol and NativeWiFi Filter in services to check if the startup type is automatic.

So, could someone please help me resolve this issue.
