Network Drivers?

So I recently acquired a Vostro 220 with Windows 7 OS on it, meaning that it had recently been reloaded. When I turned it on I noticed that the internet icon on the taskbar as a red X over it. When I looked into why this might be, I found out that I only one network driver which is the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller. This led me to go to the official Dell website to find out what network drivers I could find that's compatible with the computer model. However, all the drivers that I found, (Realtek RTL81XX PCI-E Network Connection, v.5.764, A01, Realtek RTL81XX PCI-E Network Connection, v.2.0.0.9, A03, Atheros Wireless 1525 WLAN Mini Card Desktops, v.12.0.0.58851 , A03 and Dell Wireless 1505 Draft 802.11n WLAN Mini Card Driver) all gave me a similar error message, "the software you are attempting to install is not supported on this system" which threw me off, if these are the drivers for the Vostro 220, then why would Dell list them for the model. My only guess is that the drivers are meant for a Windows XP OS, which is what I believe the Vostro 220 originally comes with. Any ideas on how I could get the network drivers necessary to connect to my Wi-Fi network?
