Wireless card
Please someone help, a very simple question needs a very simple answer..i hve jus recieved my wireless card for my inspiron 5160 but i know, very stupid, i hve no idea where it is meant to go & how to install it??there was no papers with the card jus a box & the card???HELP....

i bought it from the dell website & now think i hve got the wrong item.. DELL Dell Wireless 1450 802.11b/g MPCI,RoW, for Inspiron 1150 / 510m / 5150 / 8600 NB / 9100hope this will help i hve a inspiron 5160 & i already hve a netgear dg834g set up on my pc..- The card you have will work. You need to install it in the Mini PCI slot which under a door on the bottom of your laptop. See the following:Steve

In order to answer this question, we really need to know the make and model of the wireless card and whether or not it is a PCI card, a mini PCI card, a PC card, or a USB adapter. Without that information we would just be making a wild guess.
