optiplex 790 network problem

In the first installation I installed the ethernet driver, but every time I turn off my computer I always get an error like the one below.

but when I deactivate and activate it's finished but when I turn it back on and turn it back on like that ..

I've uninstalled it and installed it again, it's always been like that ... I'm stuck here ...

please help buddy about this network problem ??

In Windows 10 the Ethernet LAN connector should be automatically installed without need to manually choose and install. Did you do a clean install of Win 10? If not and if possible I suggest back up data then wipe hdd to do a fresh clean install. I did this on four-five units of 790 MT and none of them had issue at all. The install success was highly reproducible.
