I am looking for a PERC 3 SCSI controller card for my 1500SCs. The unit did not originally come with a hardware controller card, so I do not know the exact PERC3 card that would have come with the unit. The machines were shipped on 12/18/2001.

 

I have noticed that many of the cards advertised on eBay may quote several Dell part numbers for the same card--assume that is because the were used on several different models, or may be used as a replacement for several models.

 

How do I find out what Dell part number would have been approriate for my 1500SC?
