Dell Array Manager - virtual disk reconfiguration

I got 4 SATA drives running in a RAID 5.  I had the array set for 300GB but would like to increase it to 400GB.  If I hop into OpenManage and click my way to down to the array group, I can right click on the virtual disk and choose reconfiguration and increase the size.

My question is, will this cause me any data loss?  I understand it says please do not perfrom and disk or volume operations while the reconfiguration is taking place.

Unless you're adding disks, you will not be able to expand the size of the array without either changing the RAID level (to RAID 0) or backing up and recreating the array.

As far as the operation of capacity expansion or RAID level migration, neither operation will cause data loss, however you should not reboot, or move any of the disks until this operation is finished.  It is also preferable to keep a low I/O load on the Virtual disk if possible to speed along the operation.
