Mimad,
I would start with taking the server to its minimum to post configuration, which is removing everything but the following;
- One processor (CPU) in socket processor 1
- One memory module (DIMM) in socket A1
- One power supply unit
- System board
Also, would you clarify if you are seeing any errors or diagnostic indicators?

Finally, I found the error for this case, the raid controller was damaged.
