I've just installed Win NT 4.0 Server on my PE2600 as a step towards upgrading it to Win2003 Server.  Are the FlashBIOS, ESM and other upgrades specific to the machine? Anything else I need to upgrade prior to making the jump to 2003?  Thanks in advance.
