PV122T + BackupExec

I have a PowerVault 122T SDLT and Veritas BackupExec 9.1

When I tried to eject one of the media I received the message: Door Locked.

Turning Off/On the PV122T resolved that, but it couldn’t be the rule.

What I have to do to eject the media?

Right click on the Device in the Device window of B/E9.1 and select unlock. B/E puts a SCSI lock on the door to prevent accidental opening during operation.

Check this command: bemcmd.exe

usage: bemcmd -o105 -a"Tape drive alias"

I've forgotten whether 104 or 105 is "open the door", try it on your own.
