Printer is pending loading firmware A03 (Dell_1815dn_V1.03.04.01_AutoUpgrade.exe) for over an hour. Since I did not the firmware loading is going to take 15+ minutes, I clicked the F/W Update button twice. Which I assume messed up the firmware loading process. The message on the printer is: Printer download grade... Printer firmware downloading IMG... And I am pretty sure I got "Update Complete" on my computer side twice. However, when I clicked the "Firmware Update" button the 3rd time after it is complete, I am getting "Printer not connected." By reading the installation note, I should not turn off the printer until it reset itself. The printer is working before I loaded the firmware. I just want to get my firmware updated to the latest. Now I am afraid to turn it off. Any thought? Thanks
