Hi - have had my 962 for about a month.  Have not had much time to tune it in, but notice some comments in the forum about weak color saturation - will have to work on that, but out of the box, the quality has been disappointing, even with the photo cartridge...

 

My immediate problem is the document feeder - it won't take multiple pages.  Don't recall if it ever did, but had a paper jam in the first week.  After I cleared the jam, the sheet feeder sometimes has problems with even single pages.  The sheet gets grabbed, but does not pull through - end up having a blank page printed.  If I have multiple sheets, all get pulled in at once, then machine jams.

 

Manual not much help - instructions say clear the jam then press SELECT.

 

Have not seen this problem discussed in forum - did I get a dud?
