966 All In one Printer

I have a Dell 966 All in one printer and was happily using it in XP on my old laptop that died.  I got a new laptop with Windows 7 64 bit OS and it saw my printer, but had to download drivers to make work.  With new drivers for 966 used on Windows7 64 bit, printer prints fine, but get error message in background that says "Load Library Failed   C:\windows\system 32\spool\drivers\x64\3\dlcdsko.dll"  if I click OK then a second error message pops up which I also say OK and printer starts to print and will print entire document, apparently no matter how many pages.  The progress window that opens is odd with a black background, some writing on top of other writing but you can make out status and when printing done, that window closes.  Every document I print requires this activity.  Please advise proper fix for this error.  Thanks

    woolsteinchauve,

Try reinstalling the printer using the instructions below...

First run Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print job in the queue.

    Disconnect the printer.

Download and run the patch(printer cleanup utility) until it prompts you to restart your computer.

Restart your computer. Make sure the printer is removed.
    Manual Printer Driver Removal

Download the Vista 32-bit drivers for Windows 7 32-bit or the Vista 64-bit drivers for Windows 7 64-bit. Install the Vista drivers in the Vista
Compatibility mode You'll get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at this time(powered on).

Links to the patch/drivers can be found at...
