I've just upladed new drivers on a new computer with Windows 7 and all is OK for B&W printing but BLUE doesn't print so colour is not functional - any suggestions?

I'm guessing the Dell Series 7 Color ink cartridge has malfunctioned.
Dell Series 7 ink cartridges have a sensor in them that cannot be reset. Article on refilling Dell ink cartridges.
Dell Series 7 ink cartridges can be purchased at Staples, Walmart or Dell's Website.
Black in Left, black side Color in right, color side
