Hello,

I am trying to download Dell Document Hub from Windows Store. Unfortunately, I am unsuccessful. On clicking "Install", it does download the software and the message changes to "you own this app", however, the app does not get installed. 

I am using Win 10 OS on my Dell laptop. My printer is Dell C2665cnf

Can you please advise what could be going wrong?
