I have a Dell A920 Printer which has decided to stop printing in color. I thought it was the cartridge so I changed it. Still won't print. Tried another cartridge thinking the first was bad and still won't print. I tried wiping the contacts with a towel. I'm in a panic because I have programs to print for my son's class that are in color and I can't print. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I have the same issue. My color stopped printing and my b/w is iffy. Both cartridges have been used for awhile and have at least 33% of their ink left.
Have you tried soaking each cartridge in hot tap water - 1/2" deep - for 10 to 30 minutes? I sometimes have to do this sevral times before the print nozzles clear. Nozzles do dry up if not used regularly but can be brought back to life with this procedure as long as they contain ink.
I'M HAVING EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM AND I TRIED SOAKING MINE SEVERAL TIMES UNTIL THE INK WAS FLOWING OUT AND STILL BLANK PAGES WHEN I TRY TO PRINT WITH COLOR.
I HAVE CLEANED THE CONTACTS AND THAT DIDN'T WORK EITHER, I TRADED PLACES WITH THE CARTRIDGES AND BLACK IS ALL I GET. ANY MORE SUGGESTIONS?

Are you sure you took off the seal from the new cartridge ?
Try printing a simple paint drawing
