Fax 968 incoming problem

Hi,

 

I have a problem with the All in one 968. Not all the time incoming faxes are accepted by the all in one printer. Mostly when in sleep mode, after activate the printer the faxes gets accepted.

 

Direct faxline from wall outlet.

If anyone now how to fix this i am so grateful.

    Hi,

    On the printer, go to change printer default settings. Change the Power Save to Never.

    Good idea, however the option 'Never' is not availabnle on the 968, you can have now to 240 minutes in increments.

    I have a similar problem .. vista ultimate dell 968w aio

    However in setup there is no "Never" option ... its Now, or various increments between 10 and 240 minutes.

     

    Any other suggestions how to disable power saver?
