I work for a school and we received a donated printer for use. However, it has a password set for the EWS so I cannot make any changes online because I don't know the password. Then when I try these directions posted by Dell (see below), I am unable to even get to the Config Menu as it asks me for a password. I am very frustrated and don't know how to get past this and reset the network information.

• Turn the printer off.
• Press and hold Select and Right while turning the printer on.
• Release both buttons when "Performing Self-Test" appears.
• The printer performs its power-on sequence, and then "Config Menu" appears.
• Press Down to "Factory Defaults" and press Select.
• Press Down to "Network Restore" or "Reset Base" and press Select.
• "Reset Base" will restore all printer settings to factory defaults.
• Power cycle the printer to return to "Ready" mode.
