A customer of us is using a couple of Dell 1815 laserjet printers. The networkscan program works fine on Windows 7 but on Windows XP it doesn't save the settings after a reboot. Settings like the directory to send scans to and what file type to scan to. You select the settings that you want, press apply and everything works fine until the next reboot.

Any solutions for this?
