Just got a new Inspiron 5000 - trying to connect to v515w Dell that I already had. I can print things but cant scan. I was able to scan but I reset my PC and had to reinstall the printer driver.

I have tried everything and I cant retrieve the application so I cant scan. Some instruction say to bring up Dell printer home but I don't know where it is. I got the desk top printer home but when I click on advanced setting nothing happens.

Please help.
