I have a pending document on my printer queue, and no matter what I try, I can't delete it.  I have tried cancelling, deleting, restarting my computer, waiting (it's been a couple of months), and uninstalling (ironically, I can't uninstall with a pending document), etc. 

The problem with this un-deletable document is that I can't print anything else until that document is deleted.  Does anyone know how to cancel this document?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
