The download links (the button to the right of each software title) works and opens a new browser window but then the window just closes with no error report. I have tried 3 different computers and both MSIE and Mozilla Firefox with the same results. I have tried Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11 in normal and compatibility view. I have tried with the antivirus running and disabled. I have downloaded titles from my software list in the past with no difficulty. I literally spent 3.5 hours on the phone being tossed back and forth between Indian tech and customer support agents. (I absolutely HATE that Dell outsources it customer service). The agents from India are all STUCK on the idea that no problem exists or can be solved without providing a service tag number. This issue is not associated with a particular machine as it is purchased software - not software pre-loaded on a Dell machine. I need to download one of my software titles ASAP. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.
