I recently installed the Windows 7 upgrade (from Vista). Before install, I was prompted to uninstall "Dell Webcam Controller", which I did. This looks like a remote controller for a camera (zoom, pan, etc.). How do I reinstall it?

I installed the driver and web cam central as suggested.  The remote appeared, thank you.  The "effects" work, and the "picture control" under "settings" functions, however, the "view control"(i.e., zoom/pan) doesn't work, nor display any of the functions of the view control.   Any Suggestions?
