How do I obtain replacement media

A friend had a hard drive crash and does not have his Microsoft Office media that was preinstalled or the product key.

Any advice as to the fastest way to get him up and running again are appreciated.

Thank you for the prompt reply.

A couple of points:

The link above appears to be for drivers (and not MS Office)

The friend needs to be up and running by tomorrow so an actual download with activation keys would be ideal.

directly from Dell by filling the form out located here:
